About the role This full-time HR, Recruitment & Payroll Manager role presents an excellent opportunity to join NCSA in Yatala, Queensland. In this key strategic position, you will lead and oversee the organisation's Human Resources, payroll, and recruitment functions, ensuring the effective management and development of our most valuable asset—our people. What you'll be doing Overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including policy and procedure development, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising to onboarding new hires Administering the company's payroll systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely payments Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees, promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR, payroll and recruitment practices Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's objectives What we're looking for Experience in a similar HR, payroll and recruitment management role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and payroll administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing HR systems and processes Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field AHRI membership or equivalent professional certification is preferred but not required.
