The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive Pump Technician to join our growing team. This role requires a tradesperson who can consistently deliver high-quality work, solve problems independently, and contribute to training and mentoring apprentices. Prior experience in retail or commercial maintenance plumbing/commercial building services will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Pumpset installation Fault finding and independent problem-solving Pumpset/system servicing Stripping/repairs/overhaul Training and supporting apprentices Customer and client engagement Reading and interpreting site plans and specifications Scoping and quoting project works and delivering minor projects Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Ensuring WHS and compliance standards are met onsite Qualifications and Skills Licensed Plumber or Journeyman highly regarded but not essential.
