As we continue to grow, we?re seeking a driven Operations Support Specialist to play a key role in strengthening the systems, processes, and coordination that keep our operations running efficiently. This is more than a traditional support role - it's a central position within our operations function, combining hands-on operational support with project coordination responsibilities. You?ll work closely with frontline teams, technology partners, and leadership to ensure systems and processes enable, not hinder, performance. Your focus will be on improving operational efficiency through effective support, streamlined processes, and coordinated project delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed smoothly and aligned with business needs. Based in our Canning Vale corporate Head Office, you?ll be embedded within a dynamic operations team and act as the bridge between people, processes, and technology. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end operational project activities (testing, rollout, deployment) while managing resources, vendors, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Monitor operations and project performance, identifying efficiencies and driving process, system, and workflow improvements. Support branch operations by managing high-volume requests, maintaining service levels, and ensuring timely resolution of urgent issues. Maintain accurate project and operational documentation, including plans, reports, status updates, and records. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across Operations, IT, Finance, Fleet, Training, and national branches. Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, timelines, and outcomes; escalate issues as needed. Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and audit requirements; support continuous improvement initiatives. Act as backup support during peak periods or team absences This office based role will work Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm or 6am to 4pm What You Bring Cert IV or above in Business will be highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and analytical thinking Proficiency in project management and administrative systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why Join Access Group Australia?
