About the role We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join Perth Radiological Clinic. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity supporting our Booragoon and Gosnells clinics. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll help deliver high-quality service and continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients and managing clinical bookings Providing a high standard of patient care, safety, and confidentiality Handling accounts, banking, and Medicare batching Completing administrative and computer tasks including billing and data entry Supporting daily operations with additional duties as needed About you You are a confident communicator with strong customer service experience and the flexibility to adapt quickly. You take pride in your professional presentation and are committed to delivering outstanding service to patients and staff alike.
