Part-time Accounts Officer Oz Integrated South Perth (onsite) Immediate start available About us We are a reputable, rapidly growing facility management services in WA. We are seeking an immediately available, Part-time Accounts Officer on a temporary 3-month contract with potential for extension. This role is 10 hours per week across 2 days, onsite in our office in South Perth, making it ideal for someone seeking school-friendly working environments. Key responsibilities Reporting directly to the State Manager, this role requires hands-on support across billing, receivables, payables, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations in a part-time capacity. Client Billing & Revenue Management · Prepare and issue client invoices based on approved timesheets and agreed charge-out rates · Ensure alignment between timesheets, client contracts, and billing · Monitor accounts receivable and follow up overdue invoices · Key accounts contact for billing and accounts queries Accounts Payable & General Ledger · Process approved supplier invoices · Maintain accurate GL entries, coding and expense allocation · Assist with payment runs for approval and processing What we're looking for · Strong experience in accounts receivable, debt collection and payables · Solid accounting knowledge (GL, reconciliations, reporting) · Proficiency in Xero, MYOB and Excel · Strong attention to detail, especially around billing accuracy · Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams · Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple clients/priorities effectively · Available to start immediately.
