We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. About the role: You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts and administration functions while assisting the wider team with warehouse operations. Main Responsibilities/Duties Responding to incoming emails and phone calls Manage accounts payable and receivable Manage bank reconciliation Payroll Generate quotes, invoices and purchase orders General accounts administration and data entry Coordinating deliveries and materials Opportunity to assist with mobilisation and shut reporting processes To be considered for this position, you will need: Previous experience in accounts and admin (essential) Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with purchasing and generating purchase orders Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Manual driver’s licence (essential) Positive attitude and willingness to learn The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment that values and appreciates your contributions.
