Ramahyuck District Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an experienced and values‑driven Executive Director Corporate Services to provide senior leadership across its corporate functions and play a key role in the organisation's executive leadership. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Executive Management Team, this role is critical to ensuring Ramahyuck is supported by strong people practices, systems, infrastructure and governance, enabling the organisation to deliver high‑quality, culturally safe services to Aboriginal people and communities across Gippsland. This role is based in Sale in the Wellington Shire of Gippsland, Victoria; Sale is often described as the "middle of everywhere" thanks to its central position in Gippsland. A key priority for the incoming Executive Director Corporate Services will be to support the CEO in the transfer of Morwell based services managed by Ramahyuck to the control of the Morwell Aboriginal community, ensuring the change is managed in a way that protects community access to services, supports staff, and reinforces Ramahyuck's commitment to Aboriginal community self-determination. About the Role The Executive Director Corporate Services leads the organisation's corporate services functions , including human resources, quality and compliance, ICT, information management, facilities, finance and asset management, procurement and contracts. The role provides hands‑on leadership across the Corporate Services team, supports organisation‑wide initiatives and contributes to executive‑level planning, governance and continuous improvement. The position also deputises for the CEO as required and supports organisational projects, infrastructure funding, workforce development and service enhancements. This is a key leadership role at the intersection of operations, governance and culture, and plays a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring the uplift of Aboriginal staff.
