Lendlease SA are currently seeking a Site Engineer in the Security Assurance team to join and support the delivery of our major pipeline of work in the Adelaide region. As a Site Engineer with Lendlease you will assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager in all aspects of project delivery, from planning to completion. Key Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking. Interpret and implement engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or potential issues. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflow. Assist in the preparation and review of work method statements and risk assessments. Contribute to the development and implementation of site safety plans and procedures. To Be Successful, You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry, preferably within large-scale projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and relevant building codes and regulations. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
