About the role As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced convenience and fuel site. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys building team culture and knows how to balance customer service with operational performance. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers genuine work-life balance in an industry where weekend work is often expected. What you will do Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service Manage daily site operations including stock control, rostering and compliance Drive sales performance, wages control and site presentation standards Ensure the site operates safely and efficiently at all times Build a positive team culture with strong communication and accountability Monitor KPIs, quality standards and operational targets Handle recruitment, onboarding and performance management of team members What you will bring Previous leadership experience within retail, convenience, supermarket or fuel environments Strong operational and organisational skills A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a team Confidence managing stock, rosters and day-to-day site performance Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Passion for customer service and community engagement What's in it for you!
