On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Osborne Park office. The Role This is a hands-on role supporting WA’s civil, rail and infrastructure projects. You’ll manage the full recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (primarily blue-collar) Writing and posting job ads Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates Conducting references, VEVO and police checks Booking and coordinating medicals and functional assessments Managing onboarding and compliance within internal systems About You Previous recruitment experience preferred (blue-collar highly regarded but not essential) Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner Well organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive attitude Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport What’s On Offer Full-time position Supportive, close-knit team Established client base and systems Free on-site parking If you’re an experienced recruiter, we’d love to hear from you.
