We’re expanding and looking for motivated, friendly Appointment Setters to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact — speaking with homeowners paying more than $110/month on electricity and booking them in for a consultation with one of our Solar Specialists. About the Role You’ll be out in local suburbs, talking with homeowners about solar options, rebates, and long‑term savings. Once a homeowner qualifies, you’ll book them into a consultation using our simple online form. Our Solar Specialists then handle the full assessment, rebate explanation, and tailored Solar & Battery solutions. Key Responsibilities Speak with homeowners about solar options and government rebates Door‑knock residential areas and confidently explain who we are Book qualified customers into appointments (online form Google Calendar) Use basic objection‑handling techniques Record key details such as bill size, questions, and notes Track homes where no one was available and return later Work independently and as part of a supportive team What We’re Looking For Resilience and professionalism when handling rejection Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport Good memory and attention to detail Confident using a smartphone or tablet Friendly, polite, and customer‑focused Comfortable walking for extended periods Sales experience is helpful but not required — full training provided Hours Monday to Friday, 12pm – 6pm Casual or Full‑Time positions available What’s On Offer Above‑award base wage OTE $1,500 – $3,000 per week Weekly uncapped commissions Supportive team culture with weekly dinners and catch‑ups Starting rates based on experience: Casual: $31–$33 per hour Full‑Time: $60 - $65k salary If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you.
