This role is designed for people who genuinely want to build a career in brewing. The Role We are looking for a Trainee Brewer to join our production team. This is your entry point into a real brewing career — you'll be trained across the entire brewing process through a structured development pathway, working within a team of four brewers on shift, led by an experienced Team Leader who will provide day-to-day mentoring. The Training Program You'll progress through all key stages of brewing: Hygiene and sanitation systems Cellaring and fermentation management Wort production in the brewhouse Filtration and beer preparation for packaging Alongside hands-on floor training, you'll complete formal industry education through the Chartered Institute of Brewers and Distillers (CIBD) — a recognised qualification that will follow your career. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. It requires physical work, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to learning. Roster The shift structure is worth understanding before you apply: 12 hour shifts Rotating days and nights Sunday night through to Friday Equal rotation across a three week roster Flexibility and reliability are essential.
