We’re looking for a qualified Cabinet Maker who can produce high-quality cabinetry from cut list to finished product. You’ll work across kitchen and bathroom projects, with a focus on consistent build quality, attention to detail, and efficient workflow. What You’ll Be Doing Manufacture cabinetry and components to drawings and cut lists Assemble carcasses, drawers, doors, panels, and hardware accurately Fit-off and install hardware (hinges, drawer systems, runners, handles) Read and interpret plans and job documentation Maintain quality standards and check work before it leaves the factory Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organised Collaborate with the team to hit production targets without sacrificing quality What We’re Looking For Trade qualified Cabinet Maker (Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Confident using common cabinet hardware and fit-off methods Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Able to follow systems and build consistently to our standards Familiarity with Blum hardware What You’ll Get Consistent pipeline of quality residential work A team that values craftsmanship and does things properly Stable, full-time role with long-term opportunity Clean, organised workshop environment Supportive leadership and clear job documentation
