Perth based Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction - ultimately ensuring long-term client retention. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for Client service management Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships Managing complaints & Disputes Cleaning team training & management Conducting new contract start-ups and implementations Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly Previous experience in any service based industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required, however, management experience directly in the commercial cleaning industry would be a distinct advantage.
