Accounts Officer We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our growing business and support our finance function with day-to-day accounts administration. About the Role Supporting the finance team, you will be responsible for accounts administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial information. Key responsibilities include: Processing supplier invoices Assisting with statement reconciliations Maintaining and updating asset registers Sorting, filing and managing accounts emails Supporting general accounts administration Ensuring records are accurate, organised and maintained Liaising with internal teams and suppliers as required About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Office Effective communication skills Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded What We Offer Supportive and approachable team environment Modern office overlooking Herdsman lake Osborne Park location Opportunity to contribute to a well-established business
