They're looking for an SMSF Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis, with a clear pathway for career development as the firm expands. About the role Working within a team of SMSF specialists, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end audit of self-managed superannuation funds in accordance with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act and ATO guidelines. This includes reviewing financial statements, assessing compliance obligations, identifying contraventions, and preparing audit reports and management letters. What you'll be doing Conducting independent audits of SMSFs across a diverse client base Reviewing investment strategies, asset valuations, contributions, and pension compliance Identifying and reporting contraventions to trustees and, where required, the ATO Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative and regulatory changes affecting SMSFs Collaborating with internal team members and liaising with accountants and advisers What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in SMSF auditing (more experienced candidates are also welcome to apply) Registered SMSF Auditor with ASIC, or in the process of registration Strong working knowledge of SIS Act compliance requirements Experience with SMSF audit software High attention to detail and ability to manage a large volume of funds Excellent communication skills — you'll be liaising with accountants and professional trustees Why join us?
