We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Scheduler / Contracts Administrator to join the team, supporting a growing pipeline of residential development projects across Perth. This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys being involved across multiple stages of the construction process - from estimating and scheduling through to contract administration and project support. Working closely with the construction and management team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are accurately costed, programmed, and administered from pre-construction through to site delivery. The Position • Preparing and reviewing construction estimates and costings • Producing schedules, purchase orders, and subcontract packages • Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing requests • Assisting with contract preparation and project administration • Reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documentation • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders • Supporting project delivery teams with variations and cost tracking • Maintaining accurate project and estimating records The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience within residential construction • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation • Experience across estimating, scheduling, or contract administration • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficient across construction software and Microsoft Office Why Apply? • Long-term opportunity within a growing business • Diverse role with exposure across multiple project stages • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Pipeline of quality residential development projects • Up to $100,000 Super
