The Opportunity We are seeking to establish a talent pool of Learning and Development Officers to join our training team based at Innaloo. As a Learning and Development Officer, you will deliver and evaluate systems-based learning and development programs that contribute to the achievement of the goals and objectives of DTMI’s Driver and Vehicle Services business unit. As a member of our Learning and Development branch, you’ll be encouraged to embrace challenges and discover innovative solutions to improve training outcomes. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced individual who possesses knowledge and experience of adult learning principles, to design and deliver training to a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Occasionally travel to regional sites to deliver training may be required.
