Aurenne Mining is entering a busy phase of project delivery, and we’re looking for a practical, adaptable HR Advisor to support our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and broader business initiatives. The Role Working closely with leaders and the wider HR team, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across both corporate and operational teams. You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and mobilisation through to contributing to key projects — making this a great opportunity to broaden your experience in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Be Doing Providing practical HR advice to leaders across a range of matters Assisting with employee relations, policies and general HR support Supporting recruitment, mobilisation, onboarding and workforce coordination Contributing to key HR projects, including remuneration and benefits, workforce planning, capability and development, other business improvement initiatives Helping keep HR processes running smoothly during a busy delivery phase What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor (or similar) role Recruitment capability, ideally in fast-paced or project environments Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to get involved where needed Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Exposure to mobilisation and site-based workforces Highly regarded: mining, construction or shutdown experience Why Aurenne?
