This is a genuine opportunity to step into a visible position where you’ll partner closely with leadership, take ownership of the people function, and help shape culture, capability, and compliance across the business. What you’ll be doing: Partnering with leaders on all things HR Leading workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment Managing onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes Supporting performance management, probation reviews and development planning Overseeing HR systems, policies and procedures Coordinating payroll with an external provider Driving employee engagement and recognition initiatives Managing monthly HR reporting, compliance and workforce metrics Supporting health, safety and workplace compliance requirements Overseeing Modern Slavery reporting and legislative obligations What we’re looking for: Strong generalist HR experience in a standalone or autonomous role Confident interpreting awards, regulations and employment legislation A practical, commercial approach to Fair Work matters Someone responsive, approachable and able to handle issues as they arise Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in real estate or hospitality will be highly regarded What’s on offer: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary Bonus opportunity linked to company and individual performance Broad scope and real ownership Direct partnership with leadership The chance to make a visible impact in a growing business Please note, this role is office-based 5 days per week, with 12 work-from-home days available per calendar year.
