We have a position available within our ever-growing Repairs team. Book your interview now as our boss likes to say yes to more work and we need organised legends to expand our teams About the role Repairs team role is responsible for day-to-day customer service and scheduling of property repairs. You will be dealing with clients, internal staff members, tradesmen and customers. This role is similar to rental property maintenance, but with less tenants. Key activities · Schedule repairs and keep all stakeholders updated · Ensure repairs are carried out with a strong focus on repair life cycle, quality of works, customer experience and quality KPI’s · Record accurate and ongoing notes to internal and client systems · Arrange property make safes as required · Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence · Some report writing is required, experience is not essential, but desirable The position is office based, team support is essential, so unfortunately, working from home is not an option.
