About the role This is a permanent part time role 14hpw. You will be required to work Tuesday 10:30am-5pm, Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm, with the ability to cover additional shifts as required. This role will manage front desk operations, facilitate smooth patient check-ins and check-outs, and provide essential administrative support to healthcare providers. You will handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, process insurance information, and maintain accurate records while upholding high standards of customer service and confidentiality. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills. High level of computer literacy, including experience with electronic medical practice software, such as Best Practice or Medical Director. Proficiency in Medicare billings.
