We pride ourselves on a collaborative work culture and are looking for a highly organised Payroll Officer to join our finance and HR team. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring accurate, timely payroll services for our staff. But you won’t be alone, we have corporate support for HR and payroll functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process end-to-end weekly payroll Manage timesheet entries, leave accruals, and termination payments Calculate and process superannuation, PAYG withholding, and payroll tax Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with modern awards and company policies Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from staff Process superannuation clearing and assist with month-end reporting KEY REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in a dedicated Payroll, Bookkeeping, or Finance role Proficiency with modern payroll platforms, Aurion a bonus. Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and superannuation.
