We are looking for someone with proven experience in scheduling and coordinating field technicians who can confidently manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate workloads for 15 field technicians Confirm appointments and maintain daily schedules Communicate with clients regarding bookings, attendance times, and job completion updates Liaise with Service Managers and Team Leaders regarding scheduling requirements and operational matters Ensure service jobs are completed and closed out efficiently Manage service-related email communications and general administration tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations Skills & Experience Experience in scheduling, service coordination, or administration within a trade or service-based industry Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confident computer skills and ability to multitask efficiently Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail If this opportunity sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
