This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food service and customer experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, leading a team, and ensuring the venue operates efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards. Tasks and Responsibilities: · Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including service, staffing, and customer experience. · Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including rostering, training, and performance management. · Maintain a strong relationship with back-of-house to discuss overall performance of the restaurant · Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally. · Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and manage supplier relationships. · Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monitoring of revenue and expenses. · Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and licensing requirements. · Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and consistent food quality. · Work closely with kitchen management team to ensure staff levels are appropriate · Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience with stock control, ordering, and basic financial management. Knowledge of food safety standards and licensing requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
