Business Administration volunteers support the Client Services Officer in the smooth running of the outlet. This is an office-based role suited to someone with administrative experience who wants to contribute their skills to a community organisation. Key responsibilities: Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping Support client and volunteer communication (phone and email) Assist with roster preparation and daily run sheet coordination Help with general office tasks as directed by the Client Services Officer Maintain confidentiality of all client and volunteer information at all times Participate in required induction and annual refresher training Ideal for someone with office or administration experience, comfortable with computers, who enjoys being part of a small, busy team.
