The Outlet Route Coordinator is a key support role at the West Gosford outlet, working alongside the Client Services Officer to ensure the daily delivery operation runs smoothly. Key responsibilities: Assist with daily route preparation and volunteer briefings Manage last-minute changes including volunteer absences, route adjustments, and reallocation Liaise with delivery volunteers to ensure all runs depart on time Support new volunteers during their buddy period Complete run logs and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation Escalate incidents or issues to the Client Services Officer immediately Wear MOWCC t-shirt and high-vis vest when on the floor Ideal for someone organised and calm under pressure who enjoys a coordination role and wants a hands-on leadership contribution within a volunteer team.
