The Role This full-time position is tailored for an accomplished lawyer seeking to solidify their career in a senior capacity and step into a strategic leadership role. Working closely with our executive team, you will take charge of a broad spectrum of complex matters while transitioning into the principal leader for the practice group. Your day-to-day will involve: Leading the Practice: Guiding the strategic direction of the Wills and Estates team and actively shaping its future growth. Complex File Management: Managing highly sophisticated Wills, including complex testamentary trusts and tailored estate planning structures for diverse, high-net-worth clients. Estate Administration: Overseeing comprehensive and complex Estate Administration matters. Team Leadership: Providing active mentorship, senior insight, and day-to-day leadership to foster a high-performing and cohesive team. Business Development: Fostering robust, trusted working relationships with clients and key referring organisations to drive the practice forward. Innovation: Utilising our document automation and management systems for highly effective matter management. About You To thrive in this senior role and step confidently into team leadership, our ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 6 to 10 years of Post-Admission Experience (PAE) , with an exceptional track record in Wills and Estate Administration Law.
