We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Internal Recruiter to join a busy and collaborative talent team on a 2-month temporary assignment , with strong potential for extension. About the Role: You’ll step into a key recruitment function, supporting the business during a critical period of team transition. Working within a talent team of three, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad mix of vacancies, including: Help Desk / IT Support Manufacturing & Operations Contact Centre Finance & Corporate Services Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment across varied role types Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates Coordinate interviews and offer processes Maintain recruitment workflows and candidate experience Provide proactive recruitment support during a high-demand period About You: Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal) Comfortable managing multiple vacancies across diverse sectors Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Able to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team Available to start quickly What’s on Offer: 2-month temporary assignment with possible extension Supportive team environment Hybrid flexibility with 1 day work from home Broad role exposure across multiple business functions Opportunity to make an immediate impact If you’re a hands-on recruiter who can hit the ground running and enjoys variety, this contract offers an excellent short-term opportunity with long-term potential.
