In this role, you will support Principals and Department managers with recruitment processes, respond to applicant enquiries, provide support throughout the application process, maintain applicant recruitment registers, and provide advice on recruitment policies and procedures. You will join the team at a time of exciting change as we implement new Public Sector Commission recruitment instructions, supporting hiring managers to achieve successful hiring outcomes through efficient, compliant recruitment practices. Strong customer service, communication, organisational, and computer skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and build positive working relationships in a collaborative team environment.
