About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Outsourced CFO (Senior Finance Associate) to join our team based in Tasmania. Key duties will include: Acting as Outsourced CFO for a portfolio of NFP clients Leading end-to-end finance functions across multiple organisations Delivering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Providing strategic financial advice to executives and Boards Translating financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders Managing client relationships as a key point of contact Supporting and mentoring finance team members Leading finance-related projects and process improvements Managing client engagements, including scope, delivery, and outcomes Supporting business development through client relationships and proposals
