Due to continued growth, our Rokeby operation is seeking a reliable Customer Service Officer to join the team. About the Role: As our Customer Service Officer, you will use your enthusiasm, accuracy and customer-focused approach to provide exceptional service to our valued customers and support the wider business. This position is required Monday to Friday on site. · Provide exceptional customer service and act as a key point of contact · Process a high volume of customer orders with speed and accuracy · Assist with quoting, order conversion, filing, and archiving · Provide general administrative support across the business · Support the team to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and professionally About You: You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in getting the details right. You thrive in a busy environment, communicate well and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
