Australian College of Business Intelligence, located at Haymarket Sydney NSW 2000, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Organising and coordinating daily office operations and administrative systems within the education and training environment. Maintaining accurate student records, administrative documentation, filing systems and internal databases. Supporting administrative processes related to enrolments, student services and general office coordination. Coordinating meetings, staff schedules and administrative support activities across departments. Monitoring office procedures and ensuring compliance with internal policies and education sector administrative requirements. Assisting with onboarding administration, document management and office support for staff and students. Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance and liaising with external service providers when required. Supporting reception operations and maintaining professional communication with students, staff and external stakeholders. Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures and office compliance standards are maintained. Assisting management with operational administration and day-to-day office coordination. About you: At least one year of relevant experience in office management or administration. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced education environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competence in office software, record management and administrative systems. Ability to maintain accurate records and support administrative procedures effectively. Professional and organised approach to office coordination and student-facing administration. Understanding of workplace policies, confidentiality and administrative compliance requirements.
