THE OPPORTUNITY You'll step in as the first COO with real authority, genuine autonomy, and a direct pathway to CEO within 12–24 months. The Founder retains product innovation and board-level input. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Operations & Team → Build, hire, and lead all departments, operations, marketing, logistics, and customer service → Create the accountability structures and rhythms that let the business run without founder dependency → Foster a high-performance culture where people are supported, developed, and retained Revenue & Commercial Growth → Drive growth across our Amazon marketplaces (USA, Canada, UK, AU) and into Germany → Own TikTok Shop USA end-to-end, influencer strategy, content, listings, live commerce, and paid amplification → Lead DTC channel strategy and execution; identify new retail and wholesale opportunities → Work with the Founder on new product launches and market timing Finance & Supply Chain → Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery against targets → Manage inventory, replenishment, and China-based supplier relationships end-to-end → Identify and implement cost efficiencies without compromising quality or team culture ABOUT YOU Experience → 7 years in a senior operational, commercial, or GM role → Track record scaling a consumer products or e-commerce business through the $20M–$100M range → Amazon Seller or Vendor Central experience highly regarded → Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or content-led selling is a strong advantage → China manufacturing experience, negotiating with suppliers, managing quality control, understanding Incoterms, is highly valued → International market experience, particularly in the US, is a bonus Who You Are → You take ownership.
