Territory Sales Representative NSW — Luxury Eyewear NSW Metro & Regional | Full-Time | Field-Based Role Represent iconic luxury brands. Build lasting relationships. Drive real results. The portfolio includes names that need no introduction in the world of fashion and optical, and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to own and grow our NSW business. This is a field-based role for someone who loves being out on the road, building genuine partnerships with business owners, and turning a territory into a growth story. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll manage a full NSW territory, metro and regional, calling on optical and retail accounts across: North Sydney & Northern NSW Central Coast, Newcastle & surrounding areas NSW North West — Dubbo & surrounds South Sydney & Southern NSW ACT, Young, Bowral & South West NSW You'll manage a structured call cycle, key accounts visited every 6–8 weeks, and regional centres every 3–4 months, while also hunting for new business opportunities across optometry, independent retail, and wholesale channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO → Manage and grow territory revenue in line with agreed budgets and growth targets → Develop and execute territory sales plans for short and long-term results → Proactively open new accounts, with a strong focus on the Optometry sector → Build strategic, lasting relationships with retail business owners, store managers, and their teams → Negotiate pricing, discount policies, and conditions of sale with confidence → Analyse territory performance by category and identify incremental growth opportunities → Report on territory performance, forecasts, and activity in a timely and accurate manner → Work cross-functionally with internal teams across marketing, operations, and support ABOUT YOU You'll Need → 5 years of B2B territory or account management experience, on the road, running a call cycle → Full, current Australian driver's licence → Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or full working rights (long-term) → Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and sales analysis → Comfortable with technology, laptops, iPads, and CRM systems Highly Regarded → Experience in Optometry, Optical, or Fashion/Eyewear sales → Existing relationships with optical or retail accounts across NSW Your Style → You're persuasive without being pushy, people trust you and buy from you → You build genuine partnerships, not just transactional accounts → You're self-motivated, proactive, and don't wait to be told what to do → You communicate clearly, written and verbal and follow through on your commitments → You operate with integrity: accurate reporting, honest relationships, no shortcuts WHAT'S ON OFFER → An established and growing luxury brand portfolio with strong market presence → A collaborative, supportive national sales team behind you → Competitive salary and performance-based incentives → Company vehicle or car allowance (travel tools provided) → Genuine career development within a respected industry leader Love what you sell.
