We have built a solid temp (contract) capability in manufacturing and construction and are quietly developing our permanent solutions to better serve existing and new clients. Our aim is to support organisations in achieving their objectives through the placement of capable individuals, especially across leadership and management roles. The Role Based in Wetherill Park, you will contribute to the growth of our permanent recruitment services. Day to day, that means building trust with clients and candidates, setting clear expectations, and following through. You'll be free to shape your approach, with encouragement from a team that values high standards and leadership that truly cares and supports. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment (briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, after care) Meet clients on site and at networking events to understand needs and build on relationships Write clear ads and run practical, ethical sourcing campaigns (including social and referrals) Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with concise and useful understanding Work with colleagues to share market insights and improve overall service delivery Participate and contribute to realistic targets and planning, focused on quality outcomes About You Experience in perm recruitment (manufacturing / warehousing / construction helpful but not essential) Comfortable taking a clear brief through clear and valid questioning techniques Genuine, reliable communicator (written and verbal) Steady under pressure; organised with pipeline and follow-ups Award, EBA and Industrial Relations awareness, or willing to learn Passionate about recruitment and care about your clients and candidates What We Offer Fair base salary super a rewarding commission scheme A friendly, supportive office with regular team activities Tools and guidance to help you achieve your best Salary Package: $70-90k Super Commission All enquiries will be handled respectfully and confidentially, please send your application directly to Geoff Howison, Managing Director at geoff@nowcareers.com.au
