About the Role Do you enjoy being on the road, meeting people and building strong local networks? We are looking for a Regional Recruitment Specialist to travel across our Care Communities nationally, building sustainable workforce pipelines and strong community partnerships that support our ongoing recruitment needs. This is a highly travel focused role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently, building relationships and making a real impact in regional communities. The Regional Recruitment Specialist will be required to travel on average 3 weeks per month - so you need to love travel and have the availability to be away from home for long periods of time. You will work closely with Recruitment, Operations and Integration teams to ensure local workforce solutions align with broader orgniasational needs. No two days are the same! As the Regional Recruitment Specialist, you will: Ability to travel 3 weeks each month Travel nationally to Care Communities to understand workforce needs and local labour markets Build and maintain strong relationships with: Registered Training Organisations Employment services providers Community and multicultural organisations Schools, TAFEs and universities Industry groups and local councils Develop sustainable referral pathways to drive consistent candidate flow Partner with Care Community leaders to understand workforce gaps and challenges Support new Care Community Integrations Represent Respect at community events, career expos and networking events About You You are a relationship-driven recruiter or engagement specialist who enjoys working in the field and building meaningful connections across communities. You are comfortable travelling regularly, working independently and managing your own schedule while delivering outcomes. Essential: Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability and willingness to travel nationally ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Experience working collaboratively across teams Why Join us?
