Full Job Description Position: Site Supervisor Location: Perth, WA Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 Super Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise on-site subcontractors and trades to ensure high-quality delivery. Support the Site Manager in driving construction programmes and hitting key milestones. Maintain uncompromising OHS&E standards and ensure all site safety protocols are followed. Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks to maintain a safe and productive work culture. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues while ensuring projects remain on schedule. Manage site documentation and daily logs to track project progress accurately. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman within the commercial construction sector. Previous exposure to concrete structures would be advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse subcontractor groups. A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail. Trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications in construction.
