Manage project programming, budget tracking, and procurement processes. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors. Oversee site-based teams and ensure all works align with quality and safety standards. Conduct regular financial reporting and milestone assessments to ensure project success. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Perth commercial construction market. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in the $1m - $5m range. Strong digital literacy with the ability to manage project functions remotely. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
