Collaborative environment with a focus on professional autonomy and site leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all works meet quality specifications. Champion site safety by conducting inductions, toolboxes, and regular safety audits. Support the Project Manager in tracking schedules and resolving technical on-site issues. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or civil projects within Western Australia. Strong trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management. Solid understanding of local building codes, Australian Standards, and WHS legislation. Excellent leadership skills with a "lead by example" approach to site management. Currently based in Perth with a valid WA driver's licence and full working rights. This role is ideal for a hands-on Supervisor who takes pride in overseeing well-coordinated, high-quality builds.
