Full Job Description Position: Contracts Administrator Location: Perth, WA Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 Super Key Responsibilities: Administer head contracts and subcontracts from initial award to final account. Manage the full procurement process, progress claims, and variations. Track project costs and assist with financial forecasting and monthly reporting. Maintain accurate contract, cost, and statutory compliance records. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams to ensure seamless delivery. Support commercial decision-making and proactive risk management throughout the project. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction sector. Strong understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and cost control. Previous experience working with Tier 2 builders is highly regarded. Highly organised approach with sharp attention to detail and commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within project teams.
