About the role: Core Talent is working with a not for profit organisation on a unique opportunity to support individuals within the health care sector. This role provides specialist workplace relations guidance to members, supporting them with employment legislation, HR best practices and the interpretation of industrial awards and agreements across both state and federal systems. The position assists members in addressing workplace matters, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with employment obligations. It also represents members in relevant industrial relations proceedings and contributes to policy input and advocacy relating to workforce and regulatory developments affecting the sector. Key responsibilities: Provide practical advice on employment legislation, awards and workplace agreements across state and federal systems. Guide members on common employment matters such as leave entitlements, contracts, recruitment, termination and redundancy. Represent members in employment-related matters before relevant tribunals or industrial bodies when required. Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR and workplace relations topics. Develop useful resources such as HR templates, guidance documents and tools. Assist with workplace relations case preparation, compliance reviews and research projects. Contribute to policy documents and written content for internal or external publications. Skills and experience: Relevant ER/HR or Legal qualification. Knowledgeable on the national and state industrial relations systems. Familiar with Fair Work Conditions. Previous experience within a HR/IR position.
