This position supports the achievement of the College's educational, pastoral and strategic objectives by ensuring high-quality people practices, compliance with legislative and industrial requirements, and a safe, professional and child-safe workplace. The Human Resources Officer has a key responsibility in recruitment, retainment, compliance and records administration.
