Employee Relations Advisor $100k super 12 month maternity cover - potential for extension About the role: Core Talent has an exciting opportunity for experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to managers and staff across all employment matters. You will deliver practical ER advice, develop policies and processes and partner with line managers to ensure consistent, compliant and effective workplace practices. Key Responsibilities: Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational change. Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, agreements and internal policies. Coach leaders to manage employment issues effectively and build capability. Develop and implement solutions, policies and processes that improve HR practices. Lead or support HR projects, investigations and initiatives. Ensure workplace safety and compliance Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in HR Generalist or ER advisory roles, managing complex employment matters. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, agreements and HR systems. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
