You’ll be at the centre of supporting one of Australia’s most important industries as part of our Commercial and Agribusiness team. Based in Wagga Wagga, you’ll partner with agribusiness and commercial customers across the region, building trusted relationships and helping them navigate opportunities and challenges across their business lifecycle. This is a full-time role where you’ll manage a portfolio of established customers with a focus on growing new relationships. You’ll work closely with specialists across Westpac to bring the right insights, solutions and support to every conversation. No two days will look the same. One day you might be on site with a farming family, the next you could be collaborating with internal partners to structure a complex deal or identify growth opportunities. What do I need? Strong experience in agribusiness or commercial banking, with a solid understanding of regional industries Proven customer acquisition experience Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring A customer first mindset with a track record in portfolio growth and business development A well-established network or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships Why join us?
