This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work within a structured and collaborative delivery environment. You'll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes by working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. What You'll Be Doing Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and project objectives Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions Analyse current and future state processes (as-is / to-be) Translate requirements into clear artefacts (user stories, process maps, documentation) Work closely with technical teams to support solution design and delivery Maintain requirements traceability across the project lifecycle Support UAT, testing, and validation activities Identify risks, dependencies, and project impacts Contribute to documentation, training materials, and business readiness What We're Looking For 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in project delivery environments Strong experience working within Defence ICT environments Proven ability to manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process mapping, etc.) Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and driving outcomes Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments Active NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance (essential) Nice to Have Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments Client-facing experience in complex projects Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills Why Apply?
