Job Title: Senior Integration Engineer – Mission Command Systems Join a high-impact technical environment supporting the design, build and integration of secure deployable and fixed network systems. This hands-on role suits an experienced systems and integration engineer with strong TCP/IP networking, virtualisation, security architecture and technical documentation skills. Location: Symonston, ACT Contract Duration: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028, with 3 x 12-month extension options Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required Closing Date: 18 May 2026 Essential Tasks: Design, build, implement and manage secure WAN/LAN networks across fixed and deployable environments. Develop and integrate virtual server architectures using VMware, Hyper-V and KVM. Support cross-domain solutions, scripting, automation and CI/CD activities. Produce technical documentation and support configuration/change management across dev-test and production environments. Key Criteria: Strong experience with TCP/IP networking, IEEE802.3, IEEE802.11, LAN/WAN and routing technologies. Experience with security tools and architectures such as ForeScout, Splunk and McAfee. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues in complex environments. Demonstrated experience integrating MOTS, COTS and developmental hardware/software solutions.
