he Network are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex ICT Network projects within a Federal Government environment. 12 months extensions Open to ACT As a Program Manager, you will drive the delivery of large-scale network and infrastructure refresh initiatives, overseeing governance, financials, and end-to-end program execution. You'll lead multi-vendor teams, align stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery of modernised network capabilities including enhanced security, performance, and connectivity across national sites. You will take ownership of integrated delivery planning, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure operational readiness, while producing high-quality executive reporting and maintaining alignment with ICT governance frameworks. Who are we looking for: Must have: o Minimum 5 years delivering complex ICT infrastructure or network programs within Federal Government o Proven experience across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments o Strong governance and reporting capability, including program artefacts, risks, issues, and dependencies Have specialist ICT skills and knowledge in the following: o Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, network security) o Vendor and stakeholder management across complex environments o Financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control o Risk, change, and dependency management across multi-site deployments o Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement Desirable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualisation, and IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF).
