You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 20 professionals spanning; Product Management, Engineering, Delivery and Customer Experience. This is a strategic role with significant executive influence and responsibility for a business-critical capability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the hyper-personalisation strategy Build a best-in-class customer experience that increases engagement, loyalty, and lifetime connection. Leverage data, AI, and advanced analytics to deliver real-time personalised experiences. Lead product, engineering, and delivery teams to design and scale personalisation capabilities. Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, marketing, data, and commercial teams. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer impact and commercial outcomes. Foster a high-performing culture focused on innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. About You You are an accomplished digital and technology leader with a track record of delivering customer-centric transformation at scale. You will bring: Significant experience leading maturing personalisation, customer experience, or digital product functions Deep understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), AI-driven decisioning, and customer journey orchestration. Experience managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and delivery. Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability.
