Available Office Locations: Cheltenham & Dandenong About The Role As a Client Support Representative, we're looking for a warm, proactive, and people-loving individual. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for any referrers, families and new clients wanting to get started with allied health services for the first time. You'll also be the first contact for local visitors to our Melbourne offices and clinics. The Client Support Representative role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact beyond the first interaction. You’ll support clients across Australia via phone and email as part of our national Client Support Team, while working locally in a supportive and collaborative office. In this role, you’ll guide new clients through accessing allied health services funded by NDIS, Aged Care and private pathways. Key Responsibilities Be the friendly voice on the phone and inbox, handling client enquiries, managing referrals and bookings. Connect new enquiries to the allied health services we provide. Keep the wheels turning in the office with seamless coordination. Build strong relationships with clients and teammates alike. Experience working with customer data, documentation, record-keeping. Sound MS Office, data entry skills and booking platforms (Word & Excel). A working knowledge of the NDIS sector (highly regarded). Excellent written and verbal communication. 2 years of experience in an administration role (highly regarded). Administration or Receptionist experience in a Healthcare setting (highly regarded). Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Quick thinking and confidence managing high-volume enquiries. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain). Willing to work predominantly at our one of our Melbourne offices, with the opportunity to work from home.
